These Terms govern your use of the Meridius Labs Website and our free newsletter, "The Morning Fill". The provision of our white-label solutions and other business-to-business (B2B) services is subject to a separate, written Master Service Agreement (MSA) between Meridius Labs and the business client.

Access to "The Morning Fill" newsletter is currently provided free of charge. Should we introduce paid subscription tiers in the future, we will provide you with advance notice and updated Terms. No user will be charged without their explicit consent.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL MERIDIUS LABS LTD., ITS DIRECTORS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, RESULTING FROM:

  • (a) YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES;
  • (b) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; OR
  • (c) UNAUTHORISED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR CONTENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES EXCEED ONE HUNDRED POUNDS STERLING (£100.00).

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for: (i) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
